Return and Shipping Policies

Shipping: 

orders ship in approximately 5 to 7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control and liability. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping internationally may take up to 14-21 business days depending on customs processing. Once the package leaves the US, we are only able to track a package using the same tracking number you’ll be issued. Please check with your countries guidelines about tracking and shipping times.

All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

If the incorrect address was used for your purchase, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the person at the incorrect address.

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only offered in USA.

To start a return, you can contact us at adri@paradiseroadshow.com. If your return is accepted, you can send the item back for a refund and place a completely new order. We do not cover your return shipping or the shipping of the new item.

We are a team of two women living in different states and the merch is handled solely by one member, so please have a bit of patients.
