Palm Springs, we are excited to be back for another year !

10X10($275) AND 10X20 ($525) SPACES AVAILABLE - bigger spaces available upon request.
Shared booths are available for an additional $50 fee. Both vendors must be approved by PRS and provide their own COI.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all vendors.
Vendors are responsible for providing all tents, tables, chairs, displays, and other setup needs. Power is available only for indoor vendors.
All vendors must complete the bulk of their setup and load-in on Friday. Vendors may access the show Saturday beginning at 8:30am for final setup and touch-ups.
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to go by 9:30am Saturday morning.
Vendor placement will be assigned by PRS and is subject to availability.

CRITERIA: we are looking primarily for early 80’s and older vintage (70’S,60’S,50’S,40’S) and antique vendors. Vendor selection is based on curation of product, photos, and booth presentation.
Vendors must be shops selling vintage clothing, vintage-style accessories, or car/motorcycle-related goods. We rarely accept modern brands or vendors whose offerings are primarily graphic T-shirts or other products that do not fit the vintage aesthetic of the show.
We limit the number of vendors offering similar products to keep the overall vendor mix curated and varied.
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
